1. ACCEPTANCE AND APPLICATION

1.1. The Customer hereby orders from Smart Voyage Hub Pte Ltd. (hereafter refer as “Smart Voyage Travel”), an online travel portal for Smart Voyage Hub Pte Ltd (Smart Voyage Travel) and/or SV Travel Package (Hereafter refer as “SVTRAVEL service”)

1.2. By signing / submission online payment this application, the customer agrees to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions stipulated by SVTRAVEL.

2. PAYMENT

2.1. The SVTRAVEL service will only be activated, acceptance and connected upon receipt of full payment.

2.2. Upon receipt of full payment and information, the SVTRAVEL service will be activated and travel package booking confirmation acknowledgement within 3 working days. Disclaimer *gourmet food related pictures / postings of any sort.

2.3. GST/VAT are Goods and Services Tax imposed by local country. GST may be subjected to changes implemented and regulated by the Government of Singapore, and local agency.

2.4. Tourist arrival taxes and or visa application charges. The customer is aware that all payments for travel ticketing airport fees, any other cost, or related expenses, will be borne by the respective user and the customer.

    3. SCOPE OF SERVICE

    3.1. The SVTRAVEL service will be used only for customer service, support, marketing, and sales only.

    3.2. The Customer undertakes not to use SVTRAVEL for any other purpose beyond the scope of the travel gourmet package services. Including, but not limited to, any illegal or unlawful activity or activity that may lead to criminal or civil liability.

    3.3. SVTRAVEL customers adhere to strict visiting country compliance on health and medical declarations. SVTRAVEL strongly advises our customer to purchase their own travel insurance policy for the departure country.

    4. Hotels, including service providers

    4.1. SVTRAVEL is not responsible for the quality of the service that is provided by the third service providers and/or that the customer and users choose to engage in.

     

    5. TERMINATION OF SERVICE

    5.1. SVTRAVEL reserves the absolute discretion to immediately terminate any customer service, without notification when SVTRAVEL service is used for any other purpose than agreed to hereto.

    6. RENEWAL OF SERVICE

    6.1. The renewal of the service may be subject to price change. The renewal price will be based on the latest price package at the time of renewal.

    7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITIES

    7.1. SVTRAVEL will not be bound for any civil liability and/or criminal liability of its customer’s action and/or inaction, resulting from negligence and/or intentional misrepresentation of facts and/or action that goes beyond the scope of SVTRAVEL service, during the usage of the OSSN service.

    7.2. There will be no resolution and/or any form of avenue for an appeal and/or refund for the termination of services by SVTRAVEL due to the illegal/unlawful activity or inactivity or whichever activity that SVTRAVEL deems as unfit to be on SVTRAVEL services.

    7.3. All customers are forbidden to charge users any hidden fees. Any misleading or misrepresented charges imposed on users will be at the customer’s sole liability to undertake the possible criminal and/or civil liability that may arise out of it.

    7.4. Under no circumstances SVTRAVEL shall be liable for any direct/indirect, consequential, loss of profit, special, punitive, or incidental damages incurred or suffered by the customer or any other third party interest and/or liability including but not limited to damages arising from the breach of warranty or specific term or negligence or breach of contract or for any loss or damage to property.

    7.5. SVTRAVEL will not be liable for any lag and/or downtime and/or system maintenance and/or system upgrade and/or any other circumstance when SVTRAVEL service is temporarily unavailable and/or not functioning perfectly during the use of the SVTRAVEL service.

    8. AUTHORITY GIVEN TO SVTRAVEL

    8.1. SVTRAVEL and/or appointed service providers shall be authorized, but not required, to publish the name of the Customer, address, and its associated on the SVTRAVEL service, in its lists and directories that will be available to the public.

    8.2. SVTRAVEL reserves the right to have complete authority to perform and execute any actions that are related and is required for the activation, functions, and usage of SVTRAVEL services on behalf of the customer who agreed to engage and use SVTRAVEL services.

    8.3. SVTRAVEL reserves the right from time to time, to change its policies, terms, and conditions with or without notice.

    Thank you for adhering to the terms and conditions. The user reviews, accepts and proceeds with online payment transactions and subscription services.

    1. Acceptance and Application
    – The customer agrees to these terms by signing or submitting an online payment.
    – The terms apply to the use of SVTRAVEL’s online travel portal and services.

    2. Payment
    – Services are activated only after full payment is received.
    – Booking confirmations are provided within 3 working days after payment and required information is received.
    – GST/VAT and other taxes (e.g., tourist arrival taxes, visa fees) are the customer’s responsibility.
    – Customers must cover all additional costs, such as airport fees and related expenses.

    3. Scope of Service
    – SVTRAVEL services are limited to customer support, marketing, and sales.
    – Customers must not use the service for illegal or unlawful activities.
    – Customers are advised to purchase their own *travel insurance* and comply with health/medical declarations for visiting countries.

    4. Hotels and Service Providers
    – SVTRAVEL is not responsible for the quality of services provided by third-party providers.

    5. Termination of Service
    – SVTRAVEL can terminate services immediately if the customer uses the service for purposes other than those agreed upon.

    6. Renewal of Service
    – Renewal prices may change and will be based on the latest package prices at the time of renewal.

    7. Limitation of Liabilities
    – SVTRAVEL is not liable for:
    – Customer actions/inactions, including negligence or misrepresentation.
    – Illegal/unlawful activities by customers.
    – Hidden or misrepresented charges imposed by customers on users.
    – Direct/indirect damages, loss of profit, or incidental damages.
    – Service interruptions, downtime, or system maintenance.

    8. Authority Given to SVTRAVEL
    – SVTRAVEL can publish the customer’s *name, address, and associated details* in public directories.
    – SVTRAVEL has the authority to perform actions necessary for service activation and usage.
    – SVTRAVEL can change its policies, terms, and conditions at any time, with or without notice.
